Do NOT do business with these people!! They did not help with the process of picking out my glasses/making any adjustments to them. Very long wait for them to actually arrive, I had to continuously call in for an update and mostly received attitude. After the fourteenth day I asked to speak with a manager and that same day my glasses “arrived “ When I finally received my glasses they were extremely big and sliding off of my face. At this point they tried to adjust these extremely large glasses a total of six times.. When this didn’t fix anything I was then told to wait 30 days and lie and say that I broke/lost my glasses to get a replacement. No thanks!! I am currently working with my insurance to get my money back and take my business elsewhere.

Start to finish unprofessional. Never have I ever come to an appointment where you sat in an empty dark waiting room...half hour later staff comes in with jackets and turns lights on. Late getting glasses...never answer their phones...even their outgoing message is unprofessional. Tried cancelling all future appointments and I'm still getting reminder calls. Won't go back.

Not happy with this office at all. The office staff is absolutely unprofessional. We will NEVER be back unless it's to get a credit back for the $ they make you pay up front knowing darn well the insurance ends up paying most of it. Shady place if you ask me, sad because I actually like the Doctor but won't tolerate an unprofessional and very rude staff.

Staff treated me professionally and Dr. Watkins is a great doctor. He has helped me alot.
