I needed something quickly and called it for some guidance. I spoke with Cory, who was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. When I later entered the location, the staff greeting and helped me immediately. To my surprise, Cory also assisted me in the store. He was even more personable and accommodating in person. Overall, great and efficient experience!

Please address Shanails attitude, and retrain her on how to provide GREAT Customer Service! I came into this location on 7/22 and I was rudely greeted by a middle aged black woman with a short afro (I believe I overheard staff refer to her as Shanelle). Her attitude and tone used towards me was absolutely disgusting and unnecessary. Shanelle, if you don’t want to work, please stay at home. NO ONE wants to deal with your nasty attitude ESPECIALLY, not a paying customer. Shanelle was so hyper focused on being nasty that morning, that she couldn’t even answer a simple question that I asked her. Shanelle, your attitude along with your lounge work attire almost cost your employer to lose a customer. Your attitude was unprofessional, your tone was unprofessional and your clothing was unprofessional. You literally looked like you had just rolled out of bed and you had the attitude to match! The only reason why I decided continue with my appointment is because of the other workers who were pleasant and actually like their job. I would have had this conversation face to face however, I recently rededicated my life to Christ and I’ve been working really hard on maintaining my heart posture. Shanelle, please remember that it is your customers who contribute to you having a job and receiving a paycheck! Thank you Christy, Cory & Ms. D for being kind and customer obsessed! I highly recommend that Shanelle be retrained on how to talk to people in general, as well provide good customer service. I will not be returning to this business.

From start to finish my experience wasgreat. I like the multiple glasses you can choose from. I would highly recommend this place. I was also in and out fast. I would like to give a shout out to Shnail and Doctor K and the nice lady who did my puff test in my eyes. Great job ladies.

Shnail was such a sweetheart and helped me pick my glasses out! She was full of compliments for me. Love her!! Highly recommend this place, low prices, excellent staff. I was also very intrigued by the new remote visits with the eye doctor. Super easy and convenient!
