The sales staff at the Merrillville location were absolutely amazing! They were so kind, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My eye doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to make sure everything was just right. I received my glasses in only six days, and I LOVE them! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I will definitely be recommending LensCrafters to all of my friends and family!
The staff is so helpful and so good at making suggestions. I get compliments on my glasses all the time. The eye exams are quick and the doctor is willing to answer questions and explain anything that comes up. Very welcoming place.
I usually have a great, friendly experience here. Today was not that. We were greeted by the assistant manager, told her what I was paperwork I trying to get, I called it the prescription but its pupillary distance. She said she was not able to give that info to me. I let her know I called yesterday and spoke to someone about the measurement of distance and pointed at my eyes and they stated the paper would be on the front desk for me. She let out a soft chuckle almost, began looking around, did not find it, told me she doesn't even have a printer on that side and redirected me to the optometry side. I waited 10 minutes before being redirected once again to the original side I was on. The assistant manager was now being passive aggressive once the front desk lady on the optometrist side let her know what I was looking for, as she was the one I spoke to on the phone. Assistant manager printed out the paper (thought she didn't have one?), handed it to me, did not say a word. So incredibly rude, especially from an ASSISTANT MANAGER. Once I exited, they all began crowding around the counter and as I turn around while walking out, they all were whispering and made eye contact with me. Very weird behavior from grown women. SMH
This is the first time I didn't get good service. My glasses are late and also when I went to the southlake mall branch it took forever because the agent had to get supervisor authorization over 5 times on her tablet. Also when it was time to leave the agent lost a pair of my glasses. I looked and it was on the floor under her desk. I had to find them.
