Dr. Tavel’s office provided a greeting upon entering with a warm “ hello welcome” this is important. There is a great selection of frames. I chose a few because I couldn't buy just one. I also ordered contacts and the manager took her time making sure I received the beat price. I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs!!
I was very pleased with my experience at Dr Tavel office in Merrillville. The office was clean with a friendly atmosphere. My eye exam was very thorough. The Dr was excellent when she was explaining my eye health to me. The office staff was very helpful and patient when I was looking for frames, as they have a large variety of frames.
Melissa greeted me with a warm inviting welcome. Dr. Siddiqui is very thorough during my eye exam explained every test to me and checked for understanding. Ronalle ensured that I understood my payment options available to me. Overall the staff delivered great service.
I was very pleased the service and value offered to me. The Dr. was patient in explaining my eye health. On the plus side, I didn’t have to get my eyes dilated due the current technology and equipment in use. Thanks again.
The technician wasn’t welcoming not sure if she was just tired or just lack Enthusiasm Her vibe can be intimidating Or off putting to someone that’s not understanding I would suggest working on that simply because our first interaction is with you before we see the doctor On the other hand, the doctor was thorough and phenomenal. I think everyone should reflect her customer service and her overall approach to patients. Kudos to her Dr. Siddiqui
