I visit this center often and usually get good service but in my most recent time, the service was outstanding. Sara was the kindest. She was first that I saw and she was so patient and kind when pre screening me. Even when the puff of air startled me, she made sure to walk me through the process and make the environment comfortable. Sara really shaped my experience into a memorable one. I’d definitely come again. 10/10 experience.

Went in on a Saturday because my regular doctor was closed. The staff did a great initial examination with the machines. Dr. Jinna then thoroughly examined the reports and my eyes. She diagnosed my concern and two other items I need to keep an eye on. Dr. Jinna is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend this office.

Great experience from start to finish. The customer service was excellent everyone was friendly, professional, and very helpful. My eye doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the visit. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great eye care and amazing staff!

The young Lady that helped me, Sara, could not have been more nicer, helpful, kind and considerate. It was a very pleasant experience being at Lens Crafters for the first. I look forward to seeing the staff again during my next visit.

Good service! Everything was great from the beginning, front desk, doctor and Rebecca my sales person were very helpful and attentive, detailed oriented and always looking forward to working together. I’m so happy, I can’t wait to get my new Oakley AI glasses. I didn’t understand how important was the extra 39 usd for an extra exam but I accepted the price from the beginning. I would like a copy of the results of that extra examination tho. Nice job.
