This was my first time visiting LensCrafters, and I had a wonderful experience. The doctors and staff were amazing. They explained everything clearly, answered any questions I had, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. I truly felt like I could be myself. Staff was warm and friendly. Dr. Vogel was thoughtful in his examination and gave really helpful advice. I had my children with me as we scheduled our annual exam. There was never a moment where we felt rushed. The team answered all our questions with a smile. Also you do not need to purchase glasses from LensCrafters store.

Outstanding experience. Went in only to make an appointmen, but was taken in immediately. With new prescription in hand, went straight to the folks up front where my glasses were matched to the new prescription….no more than an hour for the whole thing.

Shoutout to Dr. Ethan Vogel. He is super knowledgeable and gives a thorough exam. Janine, Fatimah and Mike are all amazing staff that works at this location!! My new go to place- will be bringing all my friends and family here
