I have seen Dr. Leah Colby at both the St Michael and Rogers clinics. Dr. Colby is so kind, compassionate, honest and caring, all attributes that make her the great optometrist that she is. Both clinics are staffed by the same kind of people and the facilities are beautiful. I love my eye doctor!
Everything with my appointment went fine. With needing to order new glasses, I wasn't planning on being there for 2 hours. I can appreciate student doctors who need to get their time in as well, but the entirety of my exam took an hour, maybe a little more. I wasn't planning on that for my day. I'm not sure how to improve the process, but I'd be careful in assuming that patients have that kind of time in their schedules. My appointment was scheduled for 8:45. I left at 10:45. I know that I didn't spend an hour looking at frames. Timeliness is important.
Everyone was extremely professional and even more so friendly and helpful. I recommended my wife to switch from her Eye clinic that she has had for over 40 years to here!!
Everyone at EyeWest is excellent and friendly. I feel welcomed and that my eye health is their top priority. From the front desk, to Dr Bohnsack, to optical staff, all are cheerful, present, highly trained, and professional.It is evident that everyone at EyeWest loves what they do!
I recently retired and I was worried that EyeWest would not be in my insurance network but fortunately they are. I've been going here since they opened and have always received great care from start to finish. I would highly recommend EyeWest to anyone looking for an eye doctor. Great people.
