The staff here was very polite and came across with good and helpful attitudes. This is something that is important to me as a patient. It's a pleasure to feel. like you're not a number but a person whose health they care about.
Staff was timely, professional, answered all my questions and felt heard. I had some great advice and learned new eye things. Picking out my new "Sunnies" with the eyewear guru was phenomenal. She picked out some great choices and took the time to find the right pair for me. Very helpful..
I love Dr. Colby! She is so personable and lovely to interact with. She doesn't just take pics and scans of your eyes and says, "looks good", like so many eye doctors I've had in the past. She takes the time to show you your images and explains what you're looking at and WHY she concludes that your eye "looks good". She explains everything she is doing & why she is doing it as she does it. She talks fast, yet I never feel like she's rushing me out the door. And when she says she's going to get back to you, she DOES and in a very timely manner (and not 'her office will get back to you'. No. She calls you herself). I have terrible vision with lots of eye issues and I am so thankful that I have her looking after them.
Dr Colby is qualified, thorough, and a very kind person all around. She always has students on site who are present during the exam to offer them 'real life' participation. My experience with her and her staff have always been excellent. There are so many good reasons Dr Colby was named "2025 Optometrist of the year"!
Recently completed my annual exam with Leah and her team. They are very thorough and have the newest equipment and technology to look beyond just how you see out of your eyes. They take the time to look at the condition of you eyes and everything around them. Oh, and Dr. Colby saved my life...she identified a mole on my neck during my eye exam that looked "suspicious" back in 2010 and it turned out to be melanoma. I am here today thanks to her suggestion. They truly care for their patients. Love this clinic!
