Kennedy Vision Health Center

Kennedy Vision is by far the best place I've ever gone for my vision care. I have a very unique prescription with a high astigmatism, and Dr. Eder is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable and confident in my care. I also worked with Kim to pick out new frames, and she is an absolute doll! I'm very particular about my glasses and tend to order the same frames over and over again, but she was so patient and helped me step outside my comfort zone. She has such a great eye for what looks good and is truly amazing at what she does. Thank you all for providing such exceptional care and making every visit such a wonderful experience. I couldn't recommend Kennedy Vision more!

I just changed eye clinics to Kennedy Vision and my first visit was yesterday. The entire staff was very helpful, Josie and Ashley made the check in/check out process very easy. The techs Lexi and Sarah were helpful and Dr. Eder reviewed my file thoroughly. I chose my glasses at the end of the appointment and Kim helped get me set up with new prescription. Highly recommend

My first time experience at Kennedy Vision was perfect. I get anxious for these appointments, but was very comfortable immediately in the atmosphere. It was warm and welcoming. Ashley was super friendly and sweet upon checking in. Lexi and Dr. Eder were so knowledgeable and professional and talked me through every aspect of my checkup. Stacie helped me pick out the perfect glasses and I am so excited to get them! Alina at checkout was super nice. It was the perfect experience.

Great place! The staff, Tracey, Josie, Avery, Sarah and the Dr's are all amazing. All the rest of the staff as well! I have been to Otsego office most recently. Plymouth office in the past. Both do fantastic work! Good selection of glasses. Everyone is kind, polite, very professional. Definitely go SEE them!

My first experience at Kennedy Vision was great. My check in process was very easy and quick with Ashley. My experience with the techs was great. Wes and Tatiana made the pre testing very easy and quick. Claire came in to inform us that the doctor had to make a quick phone call, so he’d be with me shortly. Which is great because many places I have been to don’t do that. Dr. Rossow was very detailed and knowledgeable. Kim was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to looking for glasses. Tracey made my check-out process easy and quick. Overall a fantastic experience!
