I had a great experience purchasing glasses for my daughter today. The two ladies working were extremely kind, patient and helpful. One was even kind enough to give all my three girls a yo-yo to play with as they waited for me to finish up paper work. Their kindness did not go unnoticed. We will be back for future eye care needs.
Great experience from start to finish at today's eye exam at the Elk River Eye Clinic. Very friendly staff greeted my arrival and checked me in. My technician was very cheerful and skillfully walked me through and charted results of several eye tests. Next Dr. Hess came in to personally examine and carefully explain his findings sharing his recommendations and answered all my questions. Finally, I was expertly fitted for a new pair of glasses by a very capable staff member. I'll be back as I definetly trust my eye care to Dr. Hess and his team at the Elk River Eye Clinic.
The eye exam was all done by the doctor. He was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to me about my eyes in detail and so I could understand. I really like He took the time to do that and to answer my questions. He is the doctor I will be going to in the future.
From the very first minute I stepped in they made me feel welcome, the woman behind the desk was very nice explain everything that I need to fill out and was very professional. The wait wasn't bad just a few mins. I saw Dr. Hess and he was great, he explained some areas of concern and explained it in a way I could understand no Doctor Lingo! The women who helped me with my referrel stuff and paperwork was so fun to interact with she had me laughing! Perfect way to finish the appointment. I have found my permanent eye clinic. Best Eye Clinic I have been to in years!! The Dr really took her time and explained everything in detail about what was causing my blurry vision. They also had a wide variety of frames to choose from. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this clinic!!
