Dr McAuthor was amazing from the first moment I met him. Professional, friendly, and welcoming. He took the time to explain my eyes on the computer. He also took the time to listen to my concerns and cared to help me. Dr McAuthor is a great addition to the clinic
Dr. Arnold is an amazing doctor. I’ve been seeing him for three years now, and he’s truly exceptional. He’s incredibly personable, takes his time to listen to my concerns, and provides excellent advice. Coming to my yearly appointments has become a delightful experience. The office staff is also incredibly welcoming and friendly. Overall, it’s a great place to visit!
This was my first visit, and I was very impressed. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and got me in and out quickly without feeling rushed. The doctor was thorough, took the time to answer my questions, and made the entire process easy and comfortable. I was especially impressed with my contact lens fitting—he got it right the first time, which has not always been my experience elsewhere. They have definitely earned a patient with me, and I highly recommend them.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Arnold for about five years now, and he is truly one of the best. He’s incredibly intelligent and always takes the time to clearly explain everything so I feel confident about my eye health. What stands out most is how genuinely well he treats all of his patients. Throughout my visits, I’ve heard his interactions in the halls and other rooms, and he’s consistently kind, patient, and respectful with everyone. He never makes you feel rushed and truly cares. Krystal next door was also absolutely awesome when helping me pick out my glasses. She was honest in the best way about which frames truly fit and flattered me, and she was so patient while I sorted through all the options — especially being pregnant and feeling a little overwhelmed by all the choices. I’ve been getting my glasses here for a long time now, and the quality is always exceptional. I will gladly continue to drive out of my town to come here because of the amazing care from the doctor and staff, as well as the beautiful, high-quality frames. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care and service!
