I had a great experience at Professional Eyecare Associates in Madison with Dr. Garber. The entire staff was fast, friendly, and very down-to-earth, making the visit comfortable from start to finish. Their office has modern, up-to-date equipment, and the exam was efficient and thorough. They also have a huge selection of eyeglass frames to choose from. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure to purchase glasses there. They were happy to provide my prescription without making me feel guilty for wanting to shop elsewhere. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would definitely recommend Professional Eyecare Associates and Dr. Garber to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I’ve been a patient at Professional Eyecare Associates for 13 years, and I continue to be impressed by their excellent service. The staff is always courteous, professional, and efficient. I rarely have to wait long in the reception area, and their well-organized process keeps appointments running smoothly. They quickly guide me through all necessary testing before I meet with the doctor, making each visit seamless and convenient. Communication is outstanding—they promptly notify me when my contacts or glasses are ready for pickup. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service.

Dr. Massey and his staff were very attentive. They worked with me for about 2 hours, and when I was fitted with a scleral lens and the RX dialed in, I've never seen as clearly and as well. My new lens is ordered, and I am excitedly awaiting is arrival. Every staff member was terrific! I felt they were truly focused on taking care of me.

So far, not so great. The eye exam was fine, but I was told my glasses would arrive in 7 to 10 business days and I think we’re now in 15 days and I never got one single phone call, text, or email from them about why. So I had to call them and I was told they would arrive in the next 48 hours. That was two days ago and still no update. I’ll be happy to improve this review if the effort is made on their end.

Fantastic experience at Professional Eyecare Associates. Dr. Melissa Rasmussen is very attentive and personable. Quick checkup that covers the basis while providing the best care possible. Highly recommend!
