Crawford Eye Care in The Township is always my go to for glasses! They have an excellent range of styles. Ashley and Sanita are always so wonderful to work with. They go above and beyond to help and make sure each client leaves happy.
Reception forgot me in the waiting room for over an hour and I live two hours away. Wife and I have used Crawford since we lived in Jackson and continued to do so after we moved away. I scheduled my appt on a day we would be in Jackson for errands. After an hour I asked the reception what happened and no one could explain it. They tried to make me a new appt for that day, but I had already waited an hour and left.
I’ve been coming here for the last three years and I love them! I’ve had Dr. Lucas for the past 2 years and he’s wonderful. He was the one that caught on to me having intracranial hypertension last year and helped me catch it early. He takes his time, is so patient, and explains everything to you. All of the staff is super pleasant and ready to help!
When the nose piece of my favorite pair of glasses broke off, I took it in, and they fixed it back on while I waited! I was so glad. I usually get my glasses and eye care here, but this was a terrific help. They are all so nice.
My first visit was today and it was amazing from the staff to the office , doctor Crawford was so great he explained everything so smoothly ! I will be recommending two of my family members to come here ! 👁️ ♥️
