Optometrist Next To Stanton Optical

I had a wonderful experience at Stanton Optical in Ridgeland, and Ebony made the entire visit so easy and enjoyable! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Her professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude truly stood out and made the process stress-free. If you’re looking for excellent customer service and someone who goes above and beyond, I highly recommend asking for Ebony. She is a true asset to Stanton Optical, and I will definitely be returning. Thank you, Ebony, for making my visit such a pleasant one!

Today was a great experience for me at Stanton Optical. Everyone was nice. From the warmth of the greeting and helpful staff. I was help by a receptionist name Ebony who helped to to good support for my eye exam. Also after telling her my line of work in fabrication warehouse she offered a deal with protective eyewear for the job. I’m definitely keeping them as my go to eyewear place.

I visited Stanton Optical Ridge-land location and I had an awesome experience. The customer service was quite good, they answered my questions about my glasses that needed repairs. I actually broke the side of them at home. They fixed them and I haven’t had a problem since!

Don’t go to the Ridgeland location. My wife and I had scheduled appointments. We showed up on time and filled out our paperwork. Someone else comes in an hour and a half late for their appointment and gets moved ahead of us. Our appointments started 50 minutes late because of this. Good customer service would have dictated the person an hour and a half late for their appointment should have been moved to end of the line.

The eye exam was $79 as advertised, but that’s the only thing that was the same as the advertisement! My total came to OVER $500, and when I questioned it, the technician said she’d try to “find a coupon” to get it ”close” to the advertised price. Even after getting the BASIC option for EVERY section (cheap, plastic lens, no warranty etc) the total didn’t decrease. The women were nice, but the advertising is extremely misleading!! Plus, the blue-ticketed frames are not attractive or appealing!! As other patrons have stated, there is NO doctor on-site! The technician performed the ENTIRE “exam,” if it can be considered that, and the “doctor” “signed” the “prescription“ digitally!! I never spoke to her/him!! I won’t be visiting them again!!
