Fantastic! Dr. Pena was a joy. He took the time to explain all of the tests that we had done and also how the eye works with cataracts. Very thorough and professional. Excellent patient care. Would definitely recommend him. All of the staff was very professional and friendly. We also had our prescriptions filled and new frames. Christina Vong helped us select frames and made the whole experience fun.
I've been to 2 different doctors prior to my visit. I was treated horrible by both. Dr Chu and his crew welcomed me with kindness and respect. I was explained in full detail of my issues. Thank you so much for taking the time and patience with me. You're the reason I have hope.
Dr Linda was extremely knowledgeable and technically sound with the exam. Christina was also very impressive with the lenses and glasses. Really appreciate their kind service.
I had THE BEST first experience. From the time I walked in until I walked out I felt relaxed and welcomed. Customer service 10/10, being informed about my eye health 10/10 did not make, and picking out my glasses 10/10! I can’t remember the girls name who helped me with my glasses selection but I truly appreciate the time she spent to help me pick out the right pair! Thank you to the entire team!
Christina & Javier really take care of you once you're ready to select a pair of frames. Professional, really good at what they do and will go the extra milie to make sure the frames are dialed in for you. Dr. Potts is a really wonderful Dr. of Optommetry - really keeps you informed and very knowledgeable. I"ll keep going back to this group!
