The exam and experience itself was fine. The reason I’m leaving a 2 star review is because in the week my items have been delivered, I visited the store no less than 4 separate times to find it closed and me unable to receive my items. I just feel like some places have to accommodate with the work schedule of the general public and the open times here are so incredibly unaccommodating. You’re better off getting an exam here- because again, that experience was fine- but ordering your items online and having it shipped to your house.

I am very happy with my first time experience at Eye World. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The equipment was top of the line. The Doctor was intelligent, kind, clean, and respectful. They have beautiful, high-end frames. I look forward to continuing with them as my optical physicians.

My visit and exam went well. Everything was explained in details during the sign in and the actual exam. After all was done, when choosing my glasses there were plenty of options afterwards came the fitting. After the fitting everything was explained and I was given choices as to whether I wanted progressive lens or bifocal, later on that day I was called to ask if I wanted the lens to be sunglasses which I thought it was a nice gesture but mine is for reading and watching tv.. My needs were met..

Terrible customer service. Every time I call, nobody answers the phone. Today I was on hold for over 20 minutes just trying to make a simple appointment and still couldn’t get through to anyone. It’s extremely frustrating and shows a complete lack of respect for people’s time. If you’re going to provide a phone number, at least have someone answer it.

If you are looking for fantastic personal service, I highly recommend Eye World in Freeport. Our family has been using them for 20+ years! Great quality and pricing.
