This is the most professional and best place to get quality, selection, and one a place "get-all-done" for glasses clearly in a 40 mile radius. I walked in with a destroyed pair of glasses, one of the ladies (I wish I remembered her name), figure out a way to literally re-do my glasses (the sides that hold the frame to the ears were gone) with parts from other glasses. Did not charge me a dime!! Class act. Anybody new or in need of glasses, annual eye check not knowing where to go, this is the one place stop for everything with or without insurance.

My experience at the upper state street location was excellent. I received a thorough eye exam. Even though I brought in my own frames this time I received first rate service from Jacqueline who carefully helped me with my lens choices and fitting. I confidently recommend them!

The exam was good. But the ordering of the lenses was sketchy. Not sure if they’re going to turn out correctly. No offer to add scratch resistant or ant-glare options. I was only offered a $600+ upgrade that was not explained.

They are super helpful AND nice. Very friendly and always willing to help repair frames even if not bought from their store. Very pleased with my pleasant experiences there.
