My experience at the upper state street location was excellent. I received a thorough eye exam. Even though I brought in my own frames this time I received first rate service from Jacqueline who carefully helped me with my lens choices and fitting. I confidently recommend them!
The exam was good. But the ordering of the lenses was sketchy. Not sure if they’re going to turn out correctly. No offer to add scratch resistant or ant-glare options. I was only offered a $600+ upgrade that was not explained.
Rigo is phenomenal! He helped me find the best pricing for my needs with patience and a kind smile. He has en engaging personality and really knows the inventory to giving direction and assist with finding styles throughout the store.
