This was my first visit and I had the best experience. The customer service was friendly and delightful. The moment I walked in I was greeted kindly. I don’t remember their names but the girl who was taking all my eye photos was quick and informative. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor, Jennifer was super sweet and funny. I really enjoyed my visit. Will definitely be back :)

The staff at the Redondo Beach LensCrafters are all friendly and welcoming. I did not have to wait long for my appointment and they even accommodated me when I was running late. Appreciate having a nice experience for once when going to a doctor's appointment since it does not seem to be the norm these days.
