⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Outstanding experience — Ask for Oscar!** My wife and I recently visited and were assisted by Oscar, and we cannot recommend him highly enough. Choosing eyeglasses as a couple can feel overwhelming, but Oscar turned it into a genuinely pleasant experience from start to finish. His knowledge is impressive. Oscar took the time to explain the different lens options, frame materials, and what would suit each of our faces and lifestyles best. You can tell immediately that this is someone who truly knows his field — his advice was confident, precise, and spot on. What stood out just as much as his expertise was his patience. He never once made us feel rushed or pressured. We took our time, tried on countless frames, went back and forth — and Oscar was right there with us, calm and attentive throughout. He gave us honest, thoughtful input whenever we asked, without ever being pushy. And on top of all that, Oscar is simply a lovely person to deal with. Warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in making sure we both walked out happy. That kind of personal touch is rare, and it made all the difference. Both my wife and I are thrilled with our new glasses, and we have Oscar to thank for that. If you're visiting, ask for him by name — you're in the best hands.

I had my yearly exam there today, and from Frank who greeted me when I arrived to Irieon [sp?] who did my pre-exam workup and especially Dr. Barber, this is just a great group of people who do their jobs with excellence. Dr. Barber is a joy to be around, and is caring, considerate, a good-listener and extremely knowledgeable. All in all, I can't recommend this place highly enough, they are a treasure of kindness and excellence. By all means go there and enjoy them.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Meredith Barber. She was incredibly patient and professional throughout my contact lens journey. She offered flexible options and adjusted them until we found the perfect fit. I truly appreciated her care and would highly recommend her to anyone needing an optometrist!

I went to this LensCrafters location for an eye exam and overall it was not worth the time or effort. The optometrist I saw was nice, but the entire experience felt like a factory setup. They clearly overschedule appointments. Even when booking, there were multiple appointments available for the exact same time, which should have been a red flag. Once you arrive, you wait to see the doctor, then wait again between each test, then wait again after the exam. It feels very inefficient and rushed, like they are trying to push as many people through as possible. After the exam, you are handed off to the retail side and that was the breaking point. I sat at the counter for about ten minutes just waiting to pay because there were so many people and not enough staff. At that point, I decided not to buy glasses at all. If I am spending around $400 on frames, basic customer service and efficiency should be the bare minimum. On top of that, the designer frame selection was disappointing. I drove 20 minutes to Beverly Hills specifically expecting a better selection and it was not there. That made the long wait feel even more pointless. Between the excessive waiting, overcrowding, slow checkout, and weak frame selection, I would skip this location entirely. The doctor was pleasant, but the experience as a whole does not match the area or the price point. I will be buying my frames online instead.
