I had a great experience at this LensCrafters location! The office is very clean and well-organized. They have a huge selection of frames, which gave me plenty of choices to find the perfect pair. The doctor was excellent and very professional. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and I was glad to find that they accept many insurance plans, making the process much easier. Just a tip for others: you definitely need an appointment. While the check-in is smooth, the full process—including the eye tests and the doctor’s visit—takes about one hour and half , so make sure to clear enough time in your schedule. Overall, a very nice place for eye care!

Renee at this Lens Crafters is amazing! He fixed my bent frames… TWICE! Didn’t hesitate or side-eye me… just smiled and said “Let’s see what I can do.” Fixed them perfectly (I sat on them once then my daughter stepped on them). The amazing part is I didn’t even buy my frames from Lens Crafters. Superior customer service. Told Renee I’m buying my next frames from him. And I will💪🏼 Eternally grateful🙏🏻

I want to highlight the exceptional service I’ve consistently received from Rene at the Burbank LensCrafters. Over three visits, Rene has demonstrated nothing but professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He listens attentively, ensures every detail is handled, and makes the entire process seamless. Unfortunately, I had a troubling experience at the Glendale location, where the manager, Sonia, was not only rude but dismissive toward me and my sister. It was enough to make me choose never to return there. However, going back to Burbank, Rene once again turned everything around. His consistent excellence, professionalism, and respectful approach are why I trust this location. If you’re looking for outstanding customer care, Rene is the person to see. He represents the best of what customer service should be.
