Shoutout to LensCrafters for coming through for me today. I accidentally sat on my Ray-Ban frames and bent them pretty bad, but the staff adjusted and fixed them up perfectly. Super friendly, quick service, and they had my glasses fitting comfortably again in no time. Definitely appreciate the help — highly recommend!

Fantastic store and staff, my prescription ray bans needed nose pads, and I was help immediately. My regular optician couldn’t help me, so LensCrafters help me out. The store has new quality lenses for the whole family,will be returning for my next pair. Thanks again.

My mom asked for help and assistance over the phone was given the run around two times. The week before, after her eye exam she wanted her new prescription. But somehow customer service postponed the "process" all because she wasn't interested in buying lenses for her frame that she provided.

I went back to Lancaster Store. The new Doctor Natalie is fantastic. She worked with me, found my old (last good prescription) and helped me out. The office staff was great as well.
