I had the best experience with the most caring service today picking out the perfect glasses. As a girl it is very hard to choose the right pair that you like. The assistant named Gigi was beyond patient understanding and explained so much to me that I didn’t know. she really customized my experience and explain different side-by-side options. She’s honestly so kind and really appreciated her help. if you stop by make sure you grab her because she’s the bestttttt thank you Gigi.
Today, April 7, 2025, I stopped into the vision and glasses section of Walmart located on Valley Central Way and I was assisted by a young woman by the name of Marcy. Prior to our contact I noticed she was helping a couple in front of me and was very thorough and informative and pleasant with them And when they left, they seemed happy with her instructions and guidance. Next, it was my turn and I asked if she could replace the nose pads on an inexpensive pair of sunglasses I had and right away she helped me. First, she looked at my glasses to determine what size I would need and then did the replacement with two brand new nose pads, and I was able to wear my favorite pair of inexpensive sunglasses again! The cost was very minimal and it did not take long at all to complete the work and the transaction but the best thing of all was her customer service and her attention to detail. You should be very proud to have Marcy represent you! Thank you very much.
I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail at the Walmart Visions Center. Sophia helped both me and my son, greeting us with a warm smile and making sure we looked and felt good about our glasses. She was honest, patient and never tried to upsell us on things we didn't need. Considering other stores were going to charge us so much more, I'm especially thankful for her helping us get exactly what we needed without overpaying. She took the time to make adjustments and made sure everything fit just right. We left feeling confident and happy with our purchase. Highly recommend Sophia and the team!
Specialist Marcy was so helpful she fixed my glasses. My nose pads continually would fall out of my glasses and make them very uncomfortable. I came into Walmart. I meant specialist Marcy and she fixed them. She made them extra tight so they don't fall out again and I was very, very happy five stars
