I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters! I stopped in just before closing after first visiting Sunglass Hut, where they had trouble fitting replacement lenses for my Ray-Bans. Even though it was last minute, the team at LensCrafters was happy to help right away. Callahan made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly welcoming (they even let me bring my dog inside!), knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. Not only were they able to replace my lenses on the spot, but they also took the time to look up replacement parts for my sunglasses while I waited. It’s rare to find customer service this friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I’m incredibly grateful to Callahan and the entire team for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience. I’ll absolutely be returning for future eyewear needs. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters today working with Anthony M. I had a lot of questions regarding a warranty claim for my Meta Ray-Ban glasses and getting contacts. Anthony took the time to walk me through the entire process without ever making me feel like a burden. He was patient, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable.
