The best customer service I’ve received at a LensCrafters! Rosie was amazing, patient and kind. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any help.she made the experience very pleasant (I hate shopping for glasses. I’ve had the same frames for 7yrs) I told her what I was looking and she brought out at least 10pairs for me to try on. I went with a pair she recommended. Can’t wait to receive them. I will be going back for my eye exams as well! If you want great customer service, go see Rosie!

Rosie was absolutely wonderful. I had some issues with the store and she turned a not so great situation into a wonderful experience. The store is fortunate to have her as an employee. She was kind patient, professional, courteous and just really nice person. I will be back to see Rosie- she was really helpful.

Paul was amazing help very knowledgeable. Had my eye exam he made sure I was comfortable before doing anything Anita was also a great help helping me look for the right pair of glasses. Will come back to this location

The best experience I had in this place with purchasing my miu miu Glasses, The whole staff are knowledgeable. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend to go to this place to purchase your glasses and get your eye exam done.

I went to lens crafters with broken glasses. Jacob came to my rescue and put back the lenses in my frame! I did not have to wait long and I was able to walk out of there able to see again. Jacob is friendly and professional and I recommend lens crafters inside the Sherman oaks mall.
