The eye doctor very patient and informative. The staff is very friendly. The best eye doctor experience i have had. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a good optometrist.

Very non responsible place. They open 8:30. 3 people are waiting outside. It’s 8:39 am. No one is answering phone. She came late and didn’t apologize.

Dr. Moore and his associates are very professional, appropriately friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The medical billing staff is always ready to help with insurance issues. The office is clean and inviting. The glasses frames are attractive, with folks who are able to help work out something to fit your budget and taste. Highly recommend the service on all levels.

The process is pretty standard but they are really bad at communicating and following up. One of my glasses failed an inspection test but I was never notified until I reached out asking what the status was, as it was a far after the deadline. After a month and three more false expectation dates, I asked what the procedure was on a possible cancellation if the next deadline was missed. Unsure, they told me they would get back to me after speaking to the doctor. When they called back they informed me my glasses had not been started and they cancelled the order before confirming with me. Four days later I was told to come get the refund. I understand that some things are out of their control but communication is not one of them. Be honest and diligent talking to customers. If you are not certain when a product will be ready, tell us rather than resorting to "they will be in next week." You're just kicking a can down the street and lying. Companies should be held to the same standard when it comes to owing your part of the transaction. Three deadline extensions is pretty bad service. I'm sure they wouldn't appreciate a customer giving three extensions to pay a bill and never doing so. This was a $500 order that was pending for over a month with little update. Also, make sure to keep your doors unlocked during business hours (4pm). Had to call to unlock.

I've never had vision problems up until last year. For years, my mother has gone to this Optometry and, with ease, has been able to get assessed and obtain her correct prescription. As soon as I got there, everything was well and I was greeted by the receptionist. I had gotten my eyes checked out, looked at a copious amount of frames until solidifying my pair. I would definitely recommend anyone else to come here and get their eyes checked out.
