The employees are very nice and friendly. The clinic is very neat and clean. There’s a lot of seating area inside and spacious too. It is so convenient to come here and if you need eyeglasses there’s one inside no need to look somewhere. The waiting time is just right in my experience unless it’s your 1st time; need to fill up all the forms they give. They have water dispenser too if you got thirsty.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was extremely frustrating. I accompanied my brother to his eye appointment and was surprised by how unorganized the entire office felt. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was tense and unwelcoming. The staff appeared visibly annoyed to be there, as if helping patients was an inconvenience. There was no warmth, no patience, and no effort to make us feel comfortable or informed. The woman assisting us gave very vague instructions and then became visibly upset when we didn’t follow them exactly—despite the fact that her directions were unclear to begin with. Instead of calmly clarifying, her demeanor felt irritated and unapproachable. Medical offices should be places where patients feel supported and guided, especially during appointments that can already feel stressful. Unfortunately, this office missed the mark entirely. Better organization, clearer communication, and a more respectful attitude toward patients would go a long way

I have been going to DLP Eye clinic in Van Nuys for a couple of years. Dr. Moayedpardazi has been my doctor for the whole time. She has done a great job of keeping my glaucoma and cataracts in check. I think the clerks, nurses, technicians, and doctors really work together well. I had an issue with my eyes that put me in the ER on a Sunday. They had no ophthalmologist and told me to ask mine. I called the office and they told me to come in early and wait and maybe see a doctor. I had an appointment with Dr. Moayedpardazi on Wednesday. I waited about 2 1/2 hours and saw my doctor, not another, and she also took care of Wednesday so I didn't have to come back two days later. In an eye emergency, DLP Eye Group proved to me that they care and adjust to meet their patients' needs. Thank you so much, Dr. Moayedpardazi and DLP Eye Group.

There's this blond woman who's very mean. She isn't rude, very direct. But what I didn't like the times I've gone over the years. Is that she forces eye drops in my eye even when I'm uncomfortable. Last time about 2 years ago I told her to wait, I wasn't ready. And she kinda forced me to go through with it even when my body language clearly showed I needed a moment. I didn't say anything at the time but the silence was loud. She made it so unpleasant that after years of using this clinic I've finally switched clinics. I'd always dread going because of her. Everyone else is pretty nice.
