I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience this time. Dr. Chae and the staff were incredibly welcoming and made my entire visit very comfortable from the moment I walked in. The examination was very thorough, and Dr. Chae took the time to carefully check my eyes and explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how attentive and patient the team was throughout the process. They also had a great selection of glasses, and the staff helped me find options that would work well for long hours of computer use. When I came back to pick up my glasses, they made sure the frames fit properly and that my vision was clear and comfortable. Their attention to detail and genuine care for patients really stood out. I highly recommend Dr. Chae and the team if you are looking for a place for an eye exam or new glasses. The service, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere made this a great experience.

Had such a nice experience here! The staff are polite and were patient when I had many questions. The doctor is also a very nice lady, and her fast pace was surprising at first but after adjusting it was nice to get things done quickly. They genuinely help their clients with their optical needs in a timely manner with quality service :3

I’ve been coming here for years and the service is always excellent. The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and they truly make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The doctor is the best! she takes her time, listens carefully, and makes sure you get exactly what you need. I wouldn’t trust my eye care to anyone else!
