Very nice people at this office. I went to the wrong office by mistake. My husband had just dropped me off, and I had no way to get ahold of him. The Azuloffice in Northridge couldn’t have been nicer. The Dr. on staff saw me. I couldn’t have had a nicer experience.

Dr. Tanaka just did my cataract surgery and all I can say is that he is an excellent doctor. He did a great job and the surgery center was amazing. I recommend him for cataract surgery

There's easy access to Azul Vision - Northridge from their rear parking lot. Their office is the first office you come across as you enter this way. The staff were all friendly and helpful. In particular, Jennifer took care of all the initial testing & pupil dilation prior to Dr. Adam Tanaka's examination which was both courteous and thorough. Afterwards, his explanation of the results was excellent. I would highly recommend Azul Vision. Kudos to Jennifer, Dr. Tanaka, and Michelle at the front desk for quickly scheduling an optometry appointment prior to my departure. Anyone seeking an ophthalmologic exam will be well served by selecting Dr. Tanaka at Azul Vision in Northridge.

Dr Amini is great, very clear, patient and helpful! Azul Vision pushed patients so hard to pre-register and check in on line prior to appointment time. Yet, made us to wait for two hours was very unacceptable, showed no respect for the patients! There were not enough seats in the lobby, we had to wait outside of office. If just rate on Dr Amini, I’d have given a 5 stars!
