Dr. Winston is caring and interactive with his patients. His staff is so kind and helpful - Naomi is exceptional at recommending glasses, then adjusting them with perfection! Our whole family has now switched to become patients of Dr. Winston. He is very knowledgeable, experienced, and thinks outside of the box for solutions. His demeanor is calming and patient, while using state of the art technology for the exams.

I visited Dr. Winston, for my annual optometry check-up to see if there was any change with my vision. I explained to Dr. Winston, that my ophthalmologist wanted to perform a procedure called "Superficial keratectimy for Selzmman's Nodular keratitis." And when I asked for an explanation from my ophthalmologist to further understand the procedure, he suggested. The answer that the ophthalmologist gave was, "I can't explain it to you, go and research it." Hearing what happened, Dr. Winston got out of his way to help me find the answers to the questions that remained answered. I was so impressed with Dr. Winston's care and compassion. He shared everything he knew about this case and performed additional examinations that did not fall under an optometrist visit. He even recomandad an ophthalmologist who is considered number one on the west coast in this exact field. Thank you, Dr. Mark Winston, you are not only a professional but also a caring person. I highly recommend Dr. Winston. Did I also mention that the office environment is very friendly.

I went here a few years ago and trusted that they knew what they were doing. I have really bad eyes and require very thick glasses with astigmatism. I had an asian female optometrist assist me. She was not friendly nor helpful when I had questions. It's as if she didn't care for me. The only thing I can think of when I left was I hope my glasses are at least accurate. Well it was not. The glasses were so high, higher than usual and so thick despite the fact that I had them thinned. I thought maybe in a week my eyes will adjust because they're new. It did not and I kept getting headaches. They could not fix it for me. Never again. And they still email me. I refuse to return.

My appointment was great as normal. Dr. Winston is so wonderful. He can always figure out my different type of problems. He and his staff are very efficient and friendly. I have referred him to so many people because I trust his opinion. Thank you for finding out my newest problem. God bless you and your staff.
