Had to go in for a last min exam due to failing the eye test at the dmv. Everyone was friendly from the exam to assisting on picking out glasses. My cigna insurance also worked at their location as well. I will be back here again in the future if needed
Thank you Dr. Lamb and Elza for making our eye exam visit so great. Both were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Lamb was very good with talking through the process during our eye exams taking the time to answer any questions as well as being great with kiddos. He had the patience and flexibility to maintain our daughter's attention making her first eye exam experience fun. Will definitely come back for next eye exam.
Always have great experience here!!! Dr. Lam is amazing and always has so much patience, especially with my kids. He always answers any questions and makes sure my kids understand what he's saying. The entire process was great for my daughter's visit. The entire team made her feel comfortable.
The staff was friendly and informative. The woman doing some of the tests was nice and explained what each test did and what it was for since I haven’t had an eye exam in quite a few years. The doctor was very nice and went through the results from the tests and then did an exam. He joked around and explained everything about my prescription
My eye exam went great. The receptionist was very polite and attentive to me. I didn't wait long to be taken in by the nurse. Who was also very polite and informative. She made me feel very comfortable. The doctor was excellent. He explained everything they did and why. He then explained their findings and made sure that I understood everything he had said. The person taking my prescription order was also polite and patient with me. He answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to others.
