This is a great shop, we were helped so much by Linda. She was great. I love all the glasses and that we felt comfortable being able to put on and try all the different ones we liked. Thank you for the great experience. I needed to go back in because of a mistake on my part, and was helped by Glenn. Again I was greeted kindly and Glenn Helped me without making me feel like I was a bother. I was so happy with the customer service. That is hard to find these days.

I had an outstanding experience at LensCrafters in Fair Oaks today. I’ve been to a LensCrafters location in NYC before, where the service was average, so this visit really stood out to me. Dr. Salazar was excellent being very thorough, professional, and patient during the eye exam. I felt like she genuinely took the time to make sure everything was checked properly and explained clearly. Destiny at the front/ customer service area was also amazing. She was incredibly helpful and made the process of getting my new prescribed contact lenses smooth and easy. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service overall. This was one of the best eye care experiences I’ve had, and I honestly can’t wait to come back to pick out glasses next time. Highly recommend this location!

The people at this Lens Crafters are so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I've gone in twice over the last few years with an eyeglass problem and both times they helped me fix it and didn't charge a dime. Thank you so much for your expert care Of my eyeglasses. I had recently lost my glasses that were purchased only a few months ago and went in to get a new pair. The sales associate, Gulalai was very knowledgeable and helped me find a new pair of glasses that look and feel even better than the one’s I am replacing. She got me in and out very quickly all while running my insurance and even helping other customers who came in the store while I was waiting for my insurance verification to come back. I was very impressed and can’t wait to get my new and improved glasses. Thank you again for all you do.

I brought my Daughter in for a new pair of glasses. She is very picky about her frames. We were greeted very warmly by several people. Gulia helped us out, and she was amazing. She made a couple amazing recommendations and help get us all finished up. Highly recommend this location amd Gulia.
