Everyone was very nice and helpful. My optometrist perfectly sized my contacts and listened to my needs. The woman that helped me with my glasses selection was very knowledgeable and also had great recommendations that were not strictly price oriented and were based solely around my needs. The front desk made it very clear and concise what charges would be due at the end based off of my insurance. Very nice!
My former Optomitrist retired. Oak tree optometry was recommended by my wife. Could not have been happier with the whole experience. Everyone was courteous, informative, and wanted to make sure that I understood everything regarding my Eyesight. I would recommend oak tree optometry to anyone looking for an optometrist.
Was a prior patient of Dr. Swan before the ownership change and her retirement. After having Lasik performed 5 years ago I haven't had to return until now. My experience with Oak tree and the staff was phenomenal. Staff was pleasant and very nice from arrival through the entire appointment. Glasses were ready far before I expected them to be, which I know could change the next time as there are many variables. Highly recommend this office.
