Dr James Martell is excellent, kind & very skilled. He got me in less than a week after a big scare/ER visit, treated my issue quickly and got me back on the path to healing rapidly. He seems to genuinely care about his patients & does a very thorough exam. The only thing is, his office seems very understaffed. With a little more office support, this would be 5/5!
You were going to get a great doctor and a great crew but you are going to wait. They consistently run over an hour wait but the doctors are top notch.
Horrible horrible customer service. Scheduling staff is rude and unprofessional. Could care less about scheduling appointments confirming insurance. If you call you will be out on hold. Tell your referring doctor to select another optometrist this place is HORRIBLE
