It was a great experience; all staff was attentive until I saw the doctor. The doctor didn’t show any sympathy or interact much with the patient, which felt very brief. I understand that doctors aren’t there to make friends, but showing more emotion toward the patient makes it feel less like dealing with a customer and more like caring for a person.
This appointment was for my 11 year-old. She can get nervous at appointments like this and the staff was very kind and patient. She had a full eye exam and needed a new prescription. The assistant manager remembered our phone call and had her specific frames set aside for a smooth process.
The doctor was thorough, kind and explained everything. He asked good questions collecting information to best help me.
The entire staff was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. One of the representatives even took time out to tell me how to use the meta AI app and said he would assist more when I come back to pick up the glasses.
