Had a really great experience at LensCrafters! Cesar was extremely helpful, professional, and patient throughout the whole process. He took the time to help me find the best deal and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I also had my eye exam there on May 11 at 5:20 PM, and the doctor who helped me was very professional and thorough as well. Overall, the entire staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend coming here if you want great customer service and help finding the best options for your budget!

Samantha & Mark went the distance as I kept changing my mind then adding more, wanting to see the differences between progressive/transgresive and so on... Never felt rushed and when a question I asked wasn't known Sam said, "I'm not sure let me check", always returning with the answer. I checked Costco and online pricing but with the 40% Off deal they have right now, nothing beat Lens Crafters. Walked out with the Gen2 Meta and will p/up my Rx Ralph Lauren specs later. Because of the friendly and accommodating personas both Mark & Samantha exuded, I am now a forever customer! Thanks so much you two!

When I needed new frames and lenses fit, Jason was extremely helpful. I have a really difficult prescription and a goofy lazy eye. Measuring my PID so I can see properly out of any new pair of glasses can be a hit or miss proposition. Jason nailed it 1st time. I can’t reccomend he or this location enough.

Mark and Cesar were both amazing! Taking time to review options with me, and especially adjustments needed once glasses were ready. Ive been coming to them for couple years now as they are always so accommodating and flexible. The whole team has always been great and now coming back for my 8 year olds eye exam

Great experience at the LensCrafters! Everyone there was super friendly and made the whole process really easy from start to finish. The eye exam was quick, picking out frames was actually fun (they gave great suggestions), and I never felt rushed or pressured. They kept me in the loop on timing, and my glasses were ready right when they said they would be. Honestly, just a smooth, stress-free visit all around. Really happy with how everything turned out—highly recommend!
