I had a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Jenny! She even remembers me from my last visited that where almost a year ago! She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process of getting my glasses. She took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I felt comfortable with my choices, and really went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free.
