I came into eyeXam today and received an eye exam for contact lenses. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt welcomed and was serviced immediately. The entire process was extremely smooth. Every staff worker was knowledgeable and super helpful with getting me a pair of contacts that would work for me. Walked out feeling great and more importantly can see. Will definitely come back. Great team at eyeXam!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Irvani and Dr. B. I had never worn contact lenses before, and they took the time to carefully introduce me to them and guide me through the whole process. They were patient, kind, and very professional, making me feel comfortable right away. Now that I’ve started using contact lenses for the first time, I can already see a huge improvement in my daily life. It has been such a positive change, and I truly appreciate their care and support throughout the process. Highly recommend Dr. Irvani and Dr. B for anyone looking for thoughtful and attentive eye care!
Spend 2 grand here on glasses and they won’t cover the shipping. Not willing to make any accommodations either. Will shop elsewhere next time, and will not recommend Update: As I picked up my glasses this morning, they damaged my frames during the adjustment and I have just noticed it as I get to work. The tools they used left visible scratches on both of my frames. They also charged me for edge polishing did not perform the edge polishing and called me three times to threaten me over the phone that they were reporting me to my insurance because what I posted was true and accurate. Take ownership of your business rather than blaming your customers for posting honest reviews and threatening them! Think twice if this is the business you want to deal with for luxury shopping.
I recently visited Dr. Iravani for my annual eye examination. I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She is extremely throughout and helped me understand what was going on with my eyes. Her equipment is updated and top line. Her office is so clean, her team is inviting and helpful, and she carries a wide variety of great brands (I purchased Celine). I would highly recommend eyeXam to anyone in need of quality eye care! She is the best!
What a friendly group of people. I stopped in with my two kids today and they tightened up my Oliver Peoples glasses (bought elsewhere) and were as welcoming as could be. 5-stars guys. I will be back. :)
