Dr. Jones is an exceptional eye doctor! My family and I have been visiting her for the past 10 years, and we have always received outstanding care. Dr. Jones is a 10 out of 10! I have been a patient for a couple of years, and I have always received excellent care. Dr. Jones is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer questions and explain everything clearly. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and every visit has been a positive experience. I always feel well cared for and confident that I am receiving the best possible treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Jones and the entire office. They definitely deserve a 5-star rating!

My Favorite Eye Place to be. My family and I have been patients since 2013 and we love it here. The customer service always on point. Getting new glasses or repairs always on time. The front desk always on point. Early appointments always on point. Dr Karen Jones is the best optometrist.

I had such a great experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They made the check-in process smooth by providing a link prior to my visit. Dr. Jones was especially impressive — very informative, thorough, and patient. She explained everything clearly and made sure I fully understood my exam results and options. I really appreciated how comfortable and well cared for I felt throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this office if you’re looking for professional, knowledgeable care with a genuinely friendly team!

Dr Jones and her staff are AWESOME. She answers all of my questions thoroughly and patiently and does an excellent job finding the exact prescription I need. Been going here for 5 years and don’t ever plan to go anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and helpful!
