See Well Vision Associates

I had such a great experience at Well Vision on North Tryon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the front desk staff; she got me checked in quickly and with a smile. There was barely any wait time, everything moved along smoothly and quickly. My doctor, Steven Kotsokalis, was so kind, patient, and thorough. I left feeling genuinely well cared for and confident in the service I received. I’d absolutely go back for future eye care, and I recommend this location if you are looking for a great experience.

Dr. K was great! He reminds me a lot of Dr. W. He is very informative and friendly. I was extremely pleased and happy with my experience yesterday. 👍👏👏👏👍 Susan(receptionist) is very friendly and helpful. She said I would like Dr. K and she was spot on! 👍

The staff has always been professional, yet friendly and attentive. The assistant, she is much more than a receptionist is helpful, informative and a great first impression. The doctors are always thorough and younget a full, comprehensive exam. Questions are answered and in all the years, regardless to the doctor we never felt rushed through. The newest doctor, Dr. Steven Kotsokalis was awesome. I love this group, and love Dr. LeBlanc.

The old lady with the black hair operating the front desk is very rude! She took a tiny piece of tissue and only wiped the slit lamp one swipe!! It definitely wasn’t sanitized. I looked at it like is that all you are going to do! She yelled loud and rude… PUT YOUR FOREHEAD HERE!! Very aggressive. Of course she denied speaking to me that way! Then STEVEN KOTSOKALIS, OD heard all the back and forth, he looked at us both and rolled his eyes and walked away. Very unprofessional. It is very dated in there. The place looks exactly like it did in the 70’s. They had 2 fans blowing, I guess the air was broken. Very diem and dingy looking. I would not recommend! I can assure you the eye exam equipment is not clean!!! Be ware!! This company is ridiculous!! You responded with a lie!! The police officer did not remove me! The officer came in to ask for a chair for an elderly lady to sit outside and wait on her ride. The police officer said absolutely nothing to me. Nor did she say anything to the old lady receptionist. She just looked at both of us going back and forth. I left after expressed how disrespectful she was. I was never thrown out. For this office to make up a lie just to cover up how rude and disrespectful they treated me is absurd. Take accountability for how she treated me. She old and angry! And there is no remodeling going on! The office is very dated! Stop lying!

I was extremely impressed with the doctor, he was very responsive, willing to answer any questions and made sure I understood my eye condition. Very pleased!
