I had an amazing experience with Kierra! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. She was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed, and she made sure all of my questions were answered. What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients. It’s clear that she is passionate about what she does. If you’re looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, kind, and truly puts your needs first, I highly recommend Kierra. Five stars all the way!

I placed an order for contacts online that was cancelled within 24hours. When I called in-store, they informed me that my online profile wasn't set up properly and once it is, they can help me order over the phone. The rep who processed the order over the phone did not enter my information correctly. After several weeks, I called the customer service number who's rep told me the address was entered incorrectly and it has since been rerouted to the store despite me clearly seeing the ups tracking says otherwise. Another month later, I call customer service who told me Id need to speak with the store directly. I call the store and likely the same brilliant rep- "Paula" answered saying the order was sent to the wrong address but she "just reordered it so it could come here and would take up to two weeks". No apologies, no accountability and no incentive for the gross inconvenience. Paula shared she is the manager and there is no way to expedite the order despite me having paid and waited for nearly 2 months. To greater highlight her lack of leadership capacity, I had to ask her to check if there was any of my prescription at least available which she later went to check. The service is beyond substandard and the quality of their glasses are terrible. When there is a reason the order is clearly incorrect, they create stories as to "why" until proven otherwise. Long story short, I'm still waiting since April 14th for my contacts. My only options are to physically go in store to get refund (furthering the inconvenience) or wait 2 additional weeks.
Shame on me for giving this company another try. I have had nothing but horrible experiences at another location but thought I would try another location. Clearly the problem is with America's Best and their business practices. I will start by saying the staff was helpful and professional but everything else is ridiculous. To start appointments were so far behind we weren't seen for 9ver an hour. Then I was told my insurance was on file and when the bill came it was almost double than what I expected. I did pay thinking it was because we added some things, but no the order was not processed on the correct insurance. When I asked for a refund I was told it would not be until Wednesday when it could be done. Absolutely not. I am not paying for something that is not going to be ordered and wait 4 days for a refund.
The staffs were all very friendly and professional. The price is very affordable even without the deal. There's a lot of frames and styles to choose from unlike top places like Lens Crafters, this place has a huge collection and patient staffs. 10/10 highly recommend.
The staff at the front desk, especially the Latina ladies, are friendly, professional, and do a good job. Unfortunately, my experience with the doctors was very disappointing, particularly with the African American doctor whose name I do not recall. My daughter purchased two pairs of glasses from this office, but the prescription was incorrect. When we returned to have the issue addressed, the doctor did not perform a proper eye examination and did not take the time to discuss my daughter's concerns. Instead, she simply increased the prescription slightly from the one my daughter had received two years earlier. As a parent, I expected a thorough evaluation and a genuine effort to determine why my daughter was having problems with her glasses. Instead, we felt rushed and dismissed. After spending money on two pairs of glasses, we expected much better care and professionalism. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office for eye care. The front desk staff are good, but the quality of care we received from the doctor was unacceptable.
