Vision Source Studio 20/20

This is my first time here. I just needed a routine annual exam for glasses. Scheduling my appointment was easy. Check in was smooth and friendly staff. Examination and scans also were quick and painless. Dr. Robertson is thorough and pleasant and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns. Check out was a breeze. All in all it was as a very nice experience and will be coming back.

This was my second visit at vision source 2020. I am very thankful for Dr. Robertson as my eye doctor. She has always been very thorough, approachable and does a great job educating the patients about her findings and the WHY behind a lot of procedures that are done at an optometrist’s office. I’ve never had an optometrist as personable as her. I highly recommend Dr. Robertson. The entire facility is very clean, modern and upto date. They have the best technology and diagnostics available in the area. The business team is well trained and doctor’s assistants are excellent and very well trained also. Highly recommend this office.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Vision Source 20/20 in University. My daughter was allowed to complete her entire eye exam and all recommended testing before anyone verified whether our insurance was accepted. Only after everything was finished were we informed that the visit was not covered, leaving us responsible for unexpected charges. I do appreciate the urgent appointment but this situation could have easily been avoided with proper communication. What makes this even more frustrating is that I used to be a patient here years ago but stopped coming because of the poor customer service. Unfortunately, this experience reminded me exactly why I left. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this office to others. Unless you have extra time and money to waste, I would encourage you to choose a provider that values clear communication, transparency, and respect for their patients.

Arrived early for appointment before office hours. It was a misty day. The receptionist saw me pulling on the door and let me in 5 mins early. That was the first impression. Thank you! Next I sat in a clean and calm area until my appt. I was then call for my appointment on time!! The technician ran through several test and explained each test and why they were done. Impressive!! Once theses test were complete I was escorted to my final room were I was greeted warmly by Dr. J. She explained the results of all tests. Offered advise and remedies.once exam was completed I would be seeing the consultant who took a look at my face then proceeded to picking out glasses for me to try on. Honestly she is a pro!! She made it a challenge to pick one pair! Finally I was able to place the glasses in an order I loved from #1-6. Now exiting time!! Everyone and I mean everyone wished me a wonderful, great day!! So I left with a smile 😀. Feeling good about people and the office environment. Thanks great team work!!

I had an amazing experience at Vision Source from start to finish! The front desk team made me feel so welcome! The technician took the time to explain every step of the process. Dr. Robertson was exceptional—thorough, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure I fully understood everything about my eye health. My favorite part was visiting the optical department! All the opticians were patient, helpful, and had a great eye for style—they helped me find frames that I absolutely love! The whole team were very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Vision Source. Such a wonderful experience!
