I had the best experience I've ever had during an eye examination at fabulous optical. Subrina was exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough and attentive throughout the entire process. She took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and ensured with patience and expertise. Her level of customer service was outstanding, professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. She also guided me in selecting the perfect pair if glasses for my face shape, which I truly appreciated. My prescription was spot on and I couldn't be happier with the results I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning in the future.

My daughter and I left very happy and grateful. Thank God for His mercies today—we truly received a blessing when it came to getting our eyeglasses here. The representatives Alma and Karen were patient, kind, and truly listened to what we needed. They worked with us and met us right at the point of our need. It’s clear that this business cares about people, not just profit.

I love the entire team in fabulous and especially dr Gursewak who is professionally amazing. Very caring and helpful. He really tries to help his patients. I pray for you all to keep doing what you are good at. Thanku again

The girls there are very lazy and not good on providing clarity. Will not waste my time going back reporting them to insurance company and taking my money elsewhere and being a 60 year resident of this community you can bet I’ll be spreading the word.

Ada, Nicky, Manny are best customer service reps ever! They went above and beyond for me! Ada is super amazing she waited for me to arrive after I was running late! I really appreciate that anyone else wouldn't of waited. I wish all establishments had such great employees! Great choice! Fabulous is the right place for these guys because the are definitely Fabulous! I would recommend this store for all your eyeglasses!
