Absolutely, without a doubt in my opinion the best vision center! Dr. Herald is not only an amazing optometrist but also kind and takes her time to make sure she understands her patients needs. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful as well. I would highly recommend Fall River Vision!
The front desk person, Layla was awesome. She went above and beyond helping me to read the iPad because I didn't have my readers. See was also extremely polite. That goes for the rest of the staff.
Love this place! Dr. Herald is amazing she's A true professional and Gabby is incredible once again helping me pick out Frames that suit me. Everyone at the desk is so kind. The Space and vibes are immaculate.
Best eye doctors! Got my son's annual exam, and got him in the next day due to cancelation and while there offered to do my own right after his! Was super quick, in and out. But was also thorough! Everyone is friendly and helpful! Highly recommend if you need an exam!
Can’t say enough about the entire team at Fall River vision! The doctor is exceptionally versed and she’s invested in top-notch eye equipment. They not only assist with normal eye care (contacts/glasses) she also treats her patients holistically - from medical perspective. They have helped me every step of the way!
