For the first time in my life I understand what is happening with my vision and my eyes. Not just a prescription, but an understanding of why the prescription is as it is, what I can and can not do about it, and the information I need to make changes in my life to live more comfortably, and effectively, with my eyes. For the first time in my life, I understand there is no amount of ‘trying harder’ that will make any difference, and I have the tools - glasses and knowledge - that I need to do what I want to do. Comfortably, and being able to see what I want to see without stress or strain.

Falls Family Eye Care is the only place I will go to get my eye exams and glasses. The doctors are very thorough with answering all my questions. Staff is top notch. Professional and very knowledgeable.

Customer Service plus! I broke the bow on my glasses. I have had my eyes checked and prescriptions filled in MN. I had a new lens script added to my old frame! I found out my frame was discontinued. I made a cold call to Falls Family Eye care to see if they had the frames. Dani was fantastic! Friendly, accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable are just a few of her attributes .Upon listening to my story, she offered to call the manufacturer and also check with my insurance for a replacement. My MN location did not offer any of this and I have been a customer for many years. Dani was able to obtain a new frame from the manufacturer in a different color; in addition to a reduced price, as it was discontinued. She also obtained a new similar style frame closer to my original one. I purchased my new frames and I will be making an appointment with the clinic for my next eye exam in the fall. Dani went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She also assisted in helping me find new glasses for my next purchase, including the cost with my insurance. BYW, everyone at the clinic was very friendly customer focused. Highly recommended!!
