Dr. Kim has been treating my mother with acupuncture for the past two months, and the results have been wonderful. His treatment has significantly reduced her back and neck pain, and she feels much better. Since starting acupuncture she no longer needs to take painkiller pills. He is very professional, kind, and always greets his patients with respect and a positive attitude. He takes excellent care of his patients and makes them feel comfortable throughout every visit. We are very grateful for his help and highly recommend Dr. Kim and his acupuncture treatment to anyone looking for compassionate and effective care.

Marlene was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, always making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my appointments. Karina was so friendly and helpful, and she made scheduling and answering questions such an easy process. Erica brought such a warm and positive energy to every visit and truly made me feel cared for as a patient. Alice was also absolutely wonderful — attentive, compassionate, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The orthodontic and dental departments both provide outstanding care and attention to detail. I had a great experience at FTOC Tustin thanks to Brenda Medina. From my first time meeting her she was very attentive and friendly. Brenda puts on a smile and makes me feel at ease knowing I am in good hands. FTOC tustin is lucky to have her on their team.

I had my first appointment at Families Together of OC and saw the nurse practitioner Victoriya who was absolutely amazing. I was seen relatively close to my appointment time, she actually took the time to thoroughly listen to my health concerns, did not make the appointment feel rushed in any way, and made me feel extremely comfortable with everything that we were discussing. She is compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and I couldn’t recommend her more! My only small complaint was with my checkout process. It wasn’t made very clear to me by the front desk or any of the staff of what the process of getting authorization for my procedure would be and I was actually given incorrect information from 2 different staff members on who and where I should schedule my procedure with, but then got a call about 2 days later telling me that they got authorization and where to schedule. I think it could have been helpful if when checking out, someone had explained to me that I should wait for a call from them confirming the approved authorization in order to schedule the procedure. Overall, I had a great experience with the staff and providers.
