Customer service is not good regarding warranty for glasses got new glasses in less than 2 weeks glasses started cracking and broke just cleaning 5hem, they will not replacement it free of charge. Claiming their shipping cost 45.00 lost my hole family of 6 customers.

Had an excellent experience: the front desk was courteous and Dr.M, despite being very busy, was able to accommodate our large group last minute. She’s very knowledgeable and clearly explained what to do about all the issues I was experiencing. The selection of designer frames was amazing and we all got our glasses rather quickly. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Family Eye Associates!! The front desk staff was very friendly, Dr. M was very kind and knowledgeable. The appointment was quick and ended with Karri taking time to help me pick out the perfect set of glasses. She had great suggestions and made the task very easy to do!! I highly recommend Family Eye and associates!!
