I've been visiting this office for over 5 years. Dr Joyce has been very professional and has always been spot on with my prescription. Office staff is awesome. I have worked with both technicians and they have always been perfect. They both seem to strive to make sure you are taken care of. Receptionists have also been very kind and courteous. Would highly recommend visiting this place.
I’ve been coming here for years for my eye exams and tuneups, and the service is always top-notch. Margaret, the manager, is truly the heart of this place — professional, kind, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend! All brands are here.
Dr. Richard Joyce is a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. The woman that orders your glasses is very nice too. The only reason I didn’t give a higher rating is because of the rude and unfriendly front desk staff of women/girls. They’re a bit snobby and rude to everyone both in person and over the phone for no reason.
I would give Dr. Joyce 5 stars he is great and very helpful. However the new staff sucks. I have been going there for well over 15 years and take my kids. If you call they are very short and treat you like you are bothering them to help you. Unfortunately going in is the same I went to pick up my glasses not knowing they had changed there policy after they left a message saying my glasses were in came to door side you need appointment to pick up then shut the door in my face.
It would be great if there was someone that would answer the phone. I have trying to contact someone in the Suisun office for over 3 hours and all I get is the the answering machine. Seems like a little more attention to calls would be a priority?
