Family Eye Care at Towne Lake

I waited until my second visit and just like my first, the women there are so patient, so sweet and so easy to talk to. Courtney, Marie and Kim are simply the sweetest people you can come into contact with. Myself and my children's eye appt couldn't have gone any smoother. I definitely do recommend then for your family, they are professional and very hey work with you regarding payments. Best choice in allowing them to care for me and my babies eyes. 🥰

My experience at family eye care was fantastic! When I broke my glasses, I was worried that I wouldn’t find somewhere that had available slots. I explained to them my circumstances, and they were extremely communicative and fast with their process. While in the clinic, the location was very clean and the staff were very friendly. Ms. Kindyl and Dr. B were very helpful as they led me through my appointment. Ms. Kindyl told me about their new machines and equipment as she help me with my pre-screening, which are all very well kept. Overall a great experience, I highly recommend going here!

I came to this office to have my eyes checked for glasses. I called a few days before to make sure they took my insurance, and they said yes and booked my appointment. When I got there, they told me I had to pay a $39 fee and said my insurance doesn’t cover “materials,” which isn’t true. If my insurance doesn’t cover the eye test or the materials what is it even covering? I drove over 30 minutes just to go here because this was one of the few places that said they could take my insurance, which they really couldn’t. If I knew I’d be responsible for fees and the “material” I would’ve went somewhere much closer to home! The staff were dismissive and didn’t really care. I ended up leaving really annoyed because it felt like a waste of time.

Dr B has taken care of our family for years! I love her kind, compassionate way of caring for us all. She is knowledgeable and explains everything so well. Thankful for her!
