I had such a great experience here. It was my first time and everyone did their job competently well. I can't recall my main attendant's name, but she supports Dr. Khator and She was exceptional. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything before engaging in them. The practice is super busy so my 8:45am appointment put me at the top of tons of people. Overall, i would recommend this practice especially as they have the bells and whistles in tech equipment so it happened to be a one-stop shop for everything testing on the eye! Loved Dr. Khator, she was energetic and knowledgeable in her field. Even my check out lady was great. These people make you want to come back. Great experience overall.

Visited Dr Schoenberg on a recommendation from a friend who was a patient. The Woodstock operation is controlled mayhem - in a good way. Lots of staff there moving patients through the various tests and exam rooms continually. You feel like you are being well taken care of in an expeditious manner. Once your exams and tests are done, there was a decent waiting area to wait for the doctor. The staff offered bottled water and snacks while waiting Dr Schoenberg saw me with some interns and students, and I could immediately see his passion during my exam while explaining things to me and his students. He was very definitive about my case- I could tell from his experience that the treatment path he recommended was the best one- he aptly listed all the pros and cons, and made a great case for his solution. Upon leaving, I struck up a conversation with another patient I had noticed in the office, and asked her about her opinion of the office and the doctor. Nothing but praise for her experience over the previous several months You can’t go wrong here. Be advised- the new patient appointment wait time is 2-3 months. But it’s your eye sight, so it’s worth doing it right
The clinical supervisor Andrew Brandenberg is one of the best medical professionals I've met, and I've been to a lot of doctor's offices with my aging parents. He explained what to expect from the back office very clearly and patiently during our visit, gave his direct line. When I needed a quick prescription for a medical device rental where the promotion was ending that day, he gave his email, and when he didn't receive it, sent me an email to make sure my request wouldn't get blocked by the spam filters and make it to him. He thoughtfully provided a attachedment in case the fax didn't make it thru (it didn't). Every step of the way his thoughtfulness and extra step made the difference in getting it done that day, vs waiting over a long weekend. We will be coming to this office because of him. The doctors make the decisions but the back office support is what keeps the quality of care high, continuously. Thanks again for all your help Andrew!
To Whom It May Concern, I would like to begin by expressing my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care I have received as a patient of Georgia Eye Partners and Dr. Parul Khator, M.D. From my initial consultation in March of this year through the present day, I have experienced nothing less than exceptional service. Dr. Khator and her entire staff have consistently demonstrated professionalism, compassion, and a genuine commitment to patient care. Every phone call, consultation, discussion regarding surgical options, and explanation of potential outcomes was handled with remarkable attention to detail. The information and guidance provided from the very beginning were invaluable. My wife and I were given ample opportunity to discuss our options, ask questions, and carefully consider the decisions that would ultimately have a significant impact on my quality of life. This level of communication and support made the entire process comfortable and reassuring. Today, June 24, 2026, I can honestly say that in my almost 68 years of making important decisions about my health and future, choosing Georgia Eye Partners and Dr. Khator was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I'd like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Khator and the entire team at Georgia Eye Partners for their exceptional care, expertise, and unwavering support throughout my journey. Respectfully, Ron Bethea, Sr. U.S. Army (Ret.) Patient
I'm just gona tell you my experience from the first time I went to the woodstock location. I had a 2:00 apt. And I got there 1:45 the receptionist a nice girl told me that the apts. Are running behind due to patients having problems. She said the waite time could be 2 or 3 hours. I said surely it can't take that long so I said I didn't drive all this way to turn around and go back home and reschedule anothother apt. So I waite and waite. After I got in to see the doctor that didn't take long. So after waiting 4 hours to see the doctor it only took the doctor 10 mins to do what he had to do. And then I was suppose to schedule surgery but by this time they were closing. So now I siting here at home trying to get untouched with the surgery coordinator and not having much luck with that. Do you ever wonder why places like this stay in business?
